The heart behind Street Lamp Senior Lifestyles is deeply personal. I was fortunate to grow up in a loving and supportive family, where my mother instilled in me the values of compassion and service from an early age. I vividly remember accompanying her as she delivered food to those in need – people who were alone, without family, and in need of care. Those experiences shaped my lifelong commitment to helping others, especially seniors who deserve dignity, companionship, and support.

Even before the challenges of Covid-19, I watched our society shift. The demands of modern life have made it harder for families to care for their aging loved ones, as more households require two incomes just to keep up. This reality has left many seniors feeling isolated and without the daily support they once had.

Street Lamp Senior Lifestyles born out of a desire to bridge this gap – ensuring that seniors not only receive the care they need but also experience a fulfilling and enriched life. My mission is to create a communal living environment where aging is embraced with warmth, dignity, and friendships with the same sense of love and belonging that my mother showed to those she helped for so many years.

Scott D. Richardson – Business Leader | Club Industry Executive | Philanthropist
Like many, my working life began early – at just 13 years old – delivering newspapers at dawn, mowing lawns, and helping out at my family’s business. That work ethic carried me through a career spanning multiple industries, where I’ve founded and operated two multimillion-dollar businesses and contributed to the success of numerous others.

With over 25 years in the country club industry, I earned my CCM and CHE designations through the Club Management Association of America (CMAA). As a CEO/COO, I have built, managed and remodeled clubs while working alongside figures like Jamie Farr of MASH* fame. During my tenure running the LPGA Jamie Farr Toledo Classic, I helped transform it into a televised event that raised funds for multiple charities.

Beyond my professional roles, I’ve dedicated time to philanthropy, from supporting mental health initiatives through the Buckeye Boys Ranch Columbus Open tennis tournament with my mother, to volunteering with special needs sports camps. In addition, as a member of the Scottish Rite I’ve been afforded numerous volunteer opportunities through our network of children’s hospitals. I am always seeking opportunities to give back, with Streetlamp Senior Lifestyles I am hoping to do just that. Selfishly, I am also looking at my own aging and how I want to be able to live with others so as never to be ALONE myself.
Steven D. Weaver - Business Developer | Community Outreach Professional | Philanthropist
Steven D. Weaver is a dedicated and devoted family man and has served over three decades in the helping profession. Steven is a motivated and experienced community outreach professional with a history of successful community engagement by playing vital roles in the development, foundation, and implementation of a variety of community programs and outreach opportunities at the local, state, and national levels. Steven’s experience includes serving as the first Special Olympics International Global Fitness Advisor as well as helping facilitated the development of the Declaration of Independence for Individuals with Disabilities at the World Paralympic Congress.
As well as developing Street Lamp, Steven currently owns and operates the Special Skills Sports Camps, a unique fantasy sports camps for individuals with special needs.
